​1.はじめに

・「ひみこちゃん3DモデルライセンスA」は、当ライセンスを適用する3Dモデルデータ/テクスチャ/その他関連ファイル（以下、便宜上「3Dモデル」とする）の使用条件について定めるものです。

・当ライセンスは、3Dモデルの制作者(変化狐のひみこ。以下、便宜上「制作者」とする)から、3Dモデルをダウンロードまたは購入した人または法人(以下、便宜上「使用者」とする)に使用権利を与えるものです。

 

2.許可されている事

・3Dモデルの使用。

・3Dモデルを使用して制作したコンテンツで利益を得ること。

・3Dモデルを使用するために、第三者が運営するサービスへアップロードすること。

・使用者が、3Dモデルの改変をすること。

・3Dモデルの一部を、他の3Dモデルと組み合わせ使用すること。

─改変された3Dモデルの著作権は、制作者に帰属します。改変によって追加された部分の著作権は、その部分を制作した人に帰属します。

─他の3Dモデルと組み合わせて利用する際は、組み合わせる3Dモデルの利用規約等に留意してください。

 

3.禁止されている事

・制作者と使用者を除く第三者によって利用できるようにすること。

・3Dモデルの全部または一部を配布・販売すること。

・使用権利を、第三者に譲渡すること。

・公序良俗に反する使用。

・誹謗中傷目的での使用。

・その他制作者が不適切と判断した使用方法。

 

4.その他の事項

・使用者が3Dモデルを入手した段階で、当ライセンスの全文に同意したものとみなします。

・当ライセンスは3Dモデルごとに個別に与えられます。

・3Dモデルを使用して発生したいかなる損害についても、制作者は一切の責任を負いません。

・このライセンスの日本語版と翻訳版で相違が発生する場合、原本である日本語版を優先します。

・当ライセンスは事前の連絡なく修正・変更されます。修正・変更があった場合は、最新のものが適用されます。

─ただし、使用者の利益が損なわれる場合には、この限りではありません。

1.In the beginning

The "Himiko-chan 3D Model License A" sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the 3D model data, textures and other related files (hereinafter referred to as "3D models" for convenience) to which this license applies.

This license grants the right of use to any person or entity that downloads or purchases a 3D model from the creator of the 3D model.

 

2. what is allowed

The use of 3D models.

Uploading the 3D model to a service operated by a third party in order to use it.

Modification of the 3D model by the user.

The use of a part of a 3D model in combination with other 3D models.

3. Prohibited things

4. Other matters
